NCA exhibit

             On our way from one panel to another, Will and I ran into a lobby exhibit. The exhibit consisted of several different research topics. The presenters were graduate students as well as faculty from different universities.

             It made me feel that the information and knowledge at the NCA convention pervaded the boundaries of closed rooms and spilled everywhere and affected everyone. The exhibit consisted of very interesting research - from identification after leadership change to using humor in an organization.

             Like everyone else, these presenters were regular attendees of the NCA and enjoy the academic atmosphere created by the NCA convention. NCA keeps getting more and more interesting.
