Abstract:This study explores the extent to which television and Internet use, television motivations, need for innovativeness, Internet self-efficacy, and demographic factors influence college student Internet television (ITV) use. In addition, we explore how they find out about ITV content. Entertainment was a primary motivation for viewing ITV content. College students primarily use keyword searches. When they are supplied with video clips or links, these are sent mostly through email, by their coworkers, spouses, and relatives.
