Abstract:

This paper provides an illustrative analysis of how digital image modification of nature photography re-shapes ecological consciousness. Burke and Baudrillard are utilized as lenses to investigate the sub-conscious implications of image modification and to examine consequences of digital image modification on both photography and society.
